These images find the rover in the act of acquiring in-situ science
measurements using the instruments at the end of its Instrument
Deployment Device (IDD) -- a robotic arm mounted in front of the rover
body. (In-situ is against or within soil or rock.) This front Hazcam
image was captured on sol 7, at the first location approximately 5
meters (16 feet) from the lander.
