In this image, a graphic representation of the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter flies over a bumpy martian landscape. The spacecraft's solar panels are spread open and look like two large billboards. In between the solar panels is the main, boxy bus of the spacecraft that carries all of the instruments; the most visible of those in this image is large, tube-like HiRISE camera baffle (or cover). Above the main bus is the large, circular high-gain antenna that allows the spacecraft to communicate with Earth. Pictured behind the solar panels is the SHARAD antenna, that looks like a long, horizontal rod.
