What are your dreams for the future of exploration?

I would like to see and be involved in manned missions to Mars. That is my primary focus for the future. I'm interested in robotic missions, but ultimately, it's about getting astronauts up there.

When you were in elementary school, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Ever since I was seven years old, I've wanted to be an astronaut. I am still pursuing this dream.

Why do you think Mars Exploration is important?

Having a frontier to explore is very important for this nation and the world. It challenges us, it allows us to have profound dreams, it makes us grow as a society. Mars is the most Earth-like planet, and I think someday in the future, we will colonize it just like the new world was colonized 500 years ago. This mission is part of that incredible endeavor.

Do you have any hobbies?

Weightlifting, running and work.
