Background Information
I have been working at JPL for about 6 years designing robotic vehicles and mechanisms for both flight-based and ground-based systems. Prior to this, I graduated from Virginia Tech where I studied mechanical engineering. While I Tech, I designed a parallel manipulator robotic wrist and in my senior year, worked and competed with the Society of Automotive Engineers Mini-Baja Team.

Contributions to Mars Exploration

As a researcher, I am designing and integrating numerous conceptual robotic vehicles aimed at developing our capabilities to explore Mars. These projects haved included, Lightweight Survivable Rover (LSR), Sample Return Rovers 1 & 2 (SRR), Field Integrated Design and Operations Rover (FIDO), Robotic Work Crews (RWC), and the All Terrain Explorer (ATE).
